Generous Interview Expenses
Applicants who are invited to attend an interview will receive expenses of £150 per day. Please Note: The £150 per day is additional to travel, lodging and meal allowance.
What’s the catch?
No catch, we genuinely want the best, average and ‘so-so’ are not good enough.
Interview and Induction
The interview and induction process requires applicants to be away from their home and family for two nights. Interviews are a combination of practical tests, face to face introductions with the management and administrative procedures. Interviews are conducted in an informal and relaxed manner. There are no ‘suits’ in our organisation.
Remuneration / Attendance
Pay comprises a generous basic and commission (Details available on request). The working week is 5 out of 6 days with a 1 in 2 Saturday rota. Applicants are required to opt out of the working time directive.
